Everyone raves about this place and the wait to get in is huge. Why? The food is bland, servings average, wait staff MIA. After eating here I had heartburn for days. It is more trendy anything else. The drinks are a bit bland just like the menu.

Mediocre at best. Tasteless and overpriced. I will never return.

For some reason we only hit Chuys during the annual Green Chile Festival, but I think this is the best time to go. Anything with green chile in it is delicious here. I especially love the Green Chile Stew with a side of Green Chile rice. The stew has a great smokey flavor to it and it really wakes up your sinuses. The rest of the menu is ...

This place is horrible. If you really love food that tastes like it came from a can, this is the place for you. The service is slow and the food is not worth waiting for.

This place is AWESOME! Or, in Yahoo!'s terms, Excellent. If I could give them 6 instead of 5, I would award Chuy's: Nine Stars! My favorite plate there is the...you know what, I JUST forgot! But it's one of the Daily Specials; it's some king of enchilada. But does the name really matter? All that matters is the quality of the food, ...

I moved from San Antonio and got spoiled from the wide variety of TexMex there.
Chuy's is good, a bit more environment than taste but decent for the money.
Man, I miss Cha Cho's!!

Always look forward to eating at the Chuy's when traveling from Houston. As always the service and the atmosphere was great. However, we must have caught the kitchen and bar off guard. The frozen margarita's did not keep their usual cool or kick. Their machine must have been having problems freezing the mix. The tacos on wife's ...

Chuy's has a decent menu and the food isnt bad. Its the atmosphere that makes Chuys a fun night out. They are a great place to have a beer and enjoy some decent Tex Mex. If you want the best Mexican food in Austin, you'll want to go Angies on sixth (Ithink they moved though) or Manuels on Congress. those two destroy any other restaurant in Austin for quality of food. Chuy's is fun and a good date place, but def not the best.

The food sucked and it was over priced too. There was a lot to look at. I got the Fajitas and they tasted like they came out of a package from Wal-Mart. Plus I didn't even get enough food to fill me up and I'm a small woman. Go to Baby A's. Their food is great and they give you so much for your money.
