This is a world class family owned Tex-Mex joint. I started going there as soon as they opened over 10 years ago. Some of the employees have been there since they opened. If you are serious about food, then it is worth the effort to find the place. In summer they open up the patio and its nice to sit out and have a cold beer or lime margarita. ...

only eaten dinner there a few times...but the migas are the best in the state.....I have eaten them everywhere. Garcias is the only place to use gueso and the dish is always perfect.

Service is always fast, even at lunch "crunch" time you can be assured that you will order, eat, and pay well within an hour, not sure how they do it but they do. :o)
Food is always fresh, great and consistent (everytime) The chips and Salsa are Tops!

This was in the top 3 worst dining experiences ever. Food was awful. Burnt and cold at the same time. Service was slow. Employees were not helpful or polite.

It will be last time I eat there. (Last time we ate there is was bad. We gave them another chance. Never again).
