If this is Wimberley's idea of a "Mexican" restaurant, I'll be eating at home from now on. What a disaster! The food was inedible - don't worry, I gave it two tries - and the setting is pitiful: there's nothing like the table vibrating as the waiter walks by. It's several double-wide's strung together! No kidding. If you want to survive your meal, go anywhere else.

Food is good, wait staff not so much. My family has gone a few times and I don't think I have left more than a $5 tip. Once we went, the salsa tasted sour (like the tomatoes were bad) and my husband spent the rest if the night in the bathroom throwing up! The beef fajitas are the best!

while i was eating dinner there I saw a waitress in the kitchen pick up food from the floor and put it back on someones plate. I then watched her take it to a table and tell them to enjoy. gross!!

Small portions. Wait staff is usually pretty friendly and the owner is really nice. Make sure to try the Queso Verde Fries!

The Food was marginal at best. We eat at mexican food restaraunts all over Texas and wouldn't give it an honorable mention. NOT very authentic. But Wimberley is nice.

It's nice to be able to go somewhere & enjoy your meal w/o people falling all over you...children are not running around screaming their heads off & the authenticity of the mexican dishes is impeccable...
