I went to Manuel's especially for breakfast, and I was not disapointed. The service, cleanliness,FOOD, and friendliness was top of the line. I had a very downhome breakfast of sausage gravy and bisquits, My wife had a flour tortilla filled with bacon, eggs, cheese, and beans. Did I mention that the tortilla was enormous and completly home made in their kitchen. Every thing was perfect.OVERALL

What a wonderful surprise. The place was recommended to us and when we went in, wondered if we had made a mistake. It is a small, local place and doesn't look like much but that is where our concerns ended. The waiter was very friendly, funny, and the food was wonderful. I had Huevos Rancheros and my wife had the Migas and both were very good. ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

This place has the BEST breakfast food ever! I love their GIANT breakfast burritos smothered in enchilada sauce! If you are in the area you have to give this restaurant a try. You won't be disappointed! It has a small town feel and everyone is very nice....OVERALL

I went to South Padre to get married and since I had been on a diet for some time, I made of list of restaurants I wanted to go to and this was one of them. I had one of those big tacos...just ground beef and cheese. The shell itself was really tasty. The downside was how greasy it was! Don't miss this for breakfast. Huge tacos--1 should be enough for anybody, since it fills an entire plate. Friendly, leisurely service. Go early; we went at 10:30AM on a Friday and faced a huge wait. What a taco!Waiter can i have a table.This place has great food all around. so great that at times there can be a small wait for a table. But well worth it! If you have a big hungry man like mine this is the place to go. Their flour tortillas are huge and taste just like homemade because they ARE! You can see the lady making them right there in the back room. Like most establishments in this town it is family owned and operatedOVERALL
