EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Me and my family went in for dinner on a Thursday night and the waiter tried to seat all 5 of us at a table for 4. What a place!! It doesn't look like much but the food and waitstaff are beyond excellent(if that is possible). The Fried Shrimp, Taco al Carbon and Carnitas are the best on the Island. My wife and I vacation on SPI every year and Jesse's in the First stop and the last meal of our vacation. The margarita's are perfect, and The Waitstaff (Lupe) are the freindliest people on the island. You MUST try this place!!!

Excellent place to eat. Very well prepared meal, awesome waitstaff (thanks Lupe), great tasting Mexican food, and very affordable. This was the high point of our dining experience on the island. We will definitely go back to eat there on our next visit. A++ Great job guys.

I loved this place! Their beef in the taco al carbon was so tasty. Their hot sauce was great too. I don't recommend the cheese nachos. I will be back for the Taco al carbon.

We were in South Padre and stopped at Jesse's because it was the first Mexican Restaurant we saw, and boy were we ever glad! They have the very best salsa I have EVER had. The food was great, too. I'd love to go back.
