Characters are very weak. We had "Shaggy" and he looked like a bum with long hair. He wasn't funny and was cheesy. The only one that had character was Indiana Jones. Food sucked and place had a dirty and moldy feel.

This place is great! If you have kids, you'll love this place. The waiters are all in character and will keep the kids laughing. The food is delicious. The value is good. Good job Capt. Jack Sparrow and the whole staff.

The food wasnt too bad but not really worth the price. I went there for a 4 year old's birthday and enjoyed it.The charater's were great. I had the Mad Hatter as my waiter. He did real good at first but the busier it got the less impressed i was with him. But i will go again.

I don't know when this reviewer went the last time to Magic Time Machine, but my husband and I have been taking wounded warriors, and families there for quite some time. They absolutely love it!!! The best character is Captain Jack Sparrow. If you really want to have a great time and lots of fun, ask for Captain Jack. He is awesome and could be a double for Johnny Depp!!!

Like they say.. there's only one time to make a great impression.. and honestly I have been coming here all my life!! but the one time to make an impression the waitress was VERY cold and rude.. the food was sub-par.. and overall service was not worth a single cent!!! My girlfriend wanted to go somewhere fun and special.. I would have had a better chance going to Pizza Hut!!! I think my time at the MTM is done!!!
