I was disappointed when I brought family from out of state to this coffee house. We were the only ones waiting to order on a Saturday afternoon, the 2 young girls working the counter were busy talking. When one of the drinks had a long hair in it (one of the workers) , the workers reply was "Oh, that happens a lot". I've heard this is a good cafe, and I wanted to support local business, but after this episode I have not gone back.
