Great food and value. The owners take care of everyone.

My family, wife and I, have eaten at Zitis on a number of occasions. Brother George is an excellent chef and sister Maria ensures the wait staff remain attentive. It's a family business and they truly want to make you comfortable and enjoy their delicious food. I recommend Zitis for a peaceful and pleasant evening of dining without the crowds. Ambiance is nice.

Absolutely love this place! The food exceptional! It is refreshing to dine out and have a wait staff be so respectful! I would recommend Ziti's to everyone who appreciates the better things in life!

Good food but good ITALIAN food?
Wasn't surprised to find out the owners are Greek and not Italian.
Iced Tea is awful.
Santa Barbara Italian Cafe is so much better.

Ate there the other night and was pleasantly surprised. Wait staff were first class and professional. Food was not only excellently prepared, but plentiful. Impressive wine list. Can't believe that place is not packed every night. I will become a regular. Pollo picatta will be my "usual".
