My family and I have been there at least 4 times and we were very disappointed. When I called later to make them aware that the appetizer had made us sick the manager could only say thank you for letting us know, and the phone went dead. I called back and had to leave a message for the manager to call me back which he did not. We will not be returning, $102, and a day of being sick later we are still very upset!!!

WAY OVER PRICED even for a $10.00 they charge $.98 cents if you want fries with it. The host had the audacity to tell my wife to move our kid to make more room when the place was empty. They took forever to seat us, we had to hunt down a worker. It took 5 minutes to sit down then 20 minutes to get our drinks to the table. The food tasted below ...

Food is way overpriced and just "ok". The atmosphere however is fun, especially for the kids.

The food tastes like a tv dinner. The animals are great, but do not eat there.

The food seems like it comes out of a can. There are these little fakey dancing animals like Chuck E Cheese. I don't get it, why all the fuss about this place?

  • Too Loud
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/16/07
This restaurant uses loud sounds and innovative decor to get your mind off the food. Our waitress was wonderful, but her cheery demeanor did little to help me feel comfortable in the chaotic atmosphere. It was too dark to see the food. I ordered the chicken buffalo salad and was highly disappointed by the mound of lettuce with three chicken ...

The elephants movements and sounds got wilder during scheduled rain storms with thunder and flickering of lights to resemble lightening. The food was a little pricey but not ...
