for a small town it provides wonderful culture, sports and diverse food. the university has excellent academic programs and the people i interacted with were very friendly. the weather can be a bit cold and the wind is very annoying at times

I really loved Laramie. I don't understand the people who say there is nothing to do here. There's tons of stuff to do here!! The outdoor activities are endless (surrounded by mountains), and plus, since it's a university town, there's lots of cultural activites as well. This is a town I wouldn't mind living in.

this is a good town to go to I lived thear for a year and thar ant much to do do but if you love the outdoors like i do you will have fun..good fishing and hunting

Laramie is a great college town, and severely underrated. Perfectly located and beautiful. There are nice little resturaunts and shops downtown, great for walking around.

Laramie is a town of nothing but college students. Expect weather to be cold and always extremelly windy. Businesses here are run terribly. The food is bad. Nothing to do. People very unfriendly. Wyotech school is the only good thing here! Been here 6 months and cant wait to go home to Topeka Kansas.

Laramie, is where the campus for University of Wyoming located, rich with cowboy history, enjoy skying at snowy range, fishing at Veedohoo. Town is very nice, slow and steady. Friendly people and enjoy the Mandarin Restaurant. There several lakes around town, enjoy it. Then do not forget to visit Yellowstone National park. I love laramie and ...

Do not go to wyoming for anything...
You do not have rights if your from out of town.They will search your car for no reason.
Stay away at all costs...Beware...do not speed or they will search your car...

There is no Jack in the Box in Laramie. But there is a Sonic, and we love it. Also nice horses can be seen around vicinity. You can get lost but if you pay attention you won't.

It was boring. Colorado is better, but the scenery in Wyoming is nice. The mountains were gorgeus, but it was always SO cold. It snowed in July!! lol The snow was pretty and everything, but there was nothing to do.
