Although the price was quite steep, our family had a wonderful time at Hilton Head. The main thing I would improve are placing the signs either a little higher or slightly bigger to help people get around the island.

While I enjoyed our vacation there, it was very hard to find my way around the island. Things weren't clearly marked and the roads were confusing. I did, however, enjoy going on a dolphin cruise.

We enjoy the beaches, friendly life guards and activities on the beach. There is putt putt golf, outstanding restaurants- Steamers at Coligny is our favorite. The Oyster Factory is another excellent restaurant and you have places like the Micro brewery for pizza, kid entertainment, etc... The girls love the shopping plazas and there are plenty of condos, hotels, evening activities.... for everyone in the family.

Of all of the places that you could go for vacation, this is the best place to choose! Everything is very well located on the island; no matter where you are, whatever you may need or desire is just a short drive away. My wife and I have vacationed on Hilton Head at least once a year for the past 6 years. It is very much like a second home. We have always stayed in Harbour Town and it is very easy to have everything you need within walking distance. We enjoy the shopping, golfing, boating, fishing, and beaches on Hilton Head....but most of all nothing can beat the Low Country atmosphere of Hilton Head.
