Hilton Head is such a nice town to visit for relaxation and golf. We stayed at the Hyatt and it's right on the beach. Beautiful surroundings and good food all around. A bit inconvenient to enter other areas due to parking permits and fees. Many restaurants to choose from and golf courses are great.

While visiting Harbour Town, we took a cruise through "Vagabond Cruise" on the "Spirit of Harbour Town" yacht - located in Harbour Town. We are picky about our beaches-- we like the fluffy white, groomed sand, and seaweed-free water of Cancun. And Hilton Head is the first local beach to come close to what you'd find at a Caribbean resort. Great restaurants-- try Alexander's.

If u are just into going 2 the beach 2 party, don't go here. If u are into it for relaxation, less crowds, & beautiful sites...see Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. It's gorgeous. I love it. I've been 2 Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Pensacola, Florida & I've lived in Sarasota, Florida & nothing beats this place 2 me. A lot of good shopping for home items.
