Best mini vacation!Hershey Park is a great mini vacation! A short drive from the DC area and you are at one of the best small amusement parks I have visited. Great getaway!!My boyfriend and I drove about 5 and a half hours from Cleveland Oh, just to have a quick 2 day get away. (We have no kids). We had a phenomonal time- I would recomend for everyone to go to the Chocolate factory on a weekday- much less kids, lines to take the free tour much less shorter and you can manuver the chocolate store without saying excuse ...1 of 1 Yahoo! A local perspectiveI live 15 minutes from Hershey. It's a very nice town and very well kept. The park is impeccable regarding family atmosphere, cleanliness and safety. My only complaint, and it's not severe, is anything associated with Hershey can be on the pricey side. From parking to admission to concessions, the prices seem to be inflated. Terrific hotel at a great priceThe hotel had very spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The hotel has many amenities. Hershey is a family placeIf your looking for something that is good for the whole family Hershey Pennsylvania is the way to go. Year round the amusement park is open and has wonderful festivals for every season. There is a luxury spa at Hershey lodge for mom to relax and Golf for dad. My heaven on earth ...Every chocohaolic MUST visit Hershey, PA once in their lifetime. There is nothing like opening your car door and being consumed by the smell of chocolate. If heaven on earth exsists, this is my place to die!
