I've lived here for 4 decades and am looking forward to leaving Cinti. and never returning. Cinti. is less than the sum of its parts, and with two possible exceptions (the CSO and Children's Hospital), the parts aren't exceptional. In adult health care, only Christ Hosp. has any national ranking. The UC Center isn't ranked in any of ...

TRAFFIC
By Withrow, 11/07/07
The traffic in this town is nuts, can anyone say your driving to close to my tail? And it is an unclean town, The only thing going for this town is its New Port Aquarium, and its really on the Kentucky side.I think it needs to take notes from the southren states.

Moved away and I miss it!
By A Yahoo! Contributer, 09/10/07
I have lived in Cincinnati, and have recently moved to North Carolina. When I lived in Cincinnati, I never realized what a neat city it really is. It has great restaurants, good shopping, and plenty of things to do with your family.
Compared to North Carolina, housing is really affordable. Newport on the Levee, Eden Park, and Kenwood are ...

Cincinnati is really nice, we just moved here from upstate, NY. It is rich in the arts and the downtown buidings are amazing to see from the highway view. The river is awesome, too. People in Cinci are very nice, kind, and friendly. It really is a nice place to be!!!

Nice City
By A Yahoo! Contributer, 01/13/07
We stayed here for 2 nights. I didn't know much about Cincinatti before I arrived, and expected it to be a normal midsize city. This city isn't as popular as other US cities, and it seems to be overlooked most of the time. It has a great downtown, very lively and lots to do. It also has a great zoo and children's museum. I ...

A good town with a good heart
By dkearns72, 08/19/06
A good town, but the trajectory is uncertain. There are some deep divides that may sink the whole thing. I hope not, but since the conversation about the divides is all one-sided and full of PC platitudes, I'm worried.
IMHO, it's greatest charms are its highly developed sense of self and its amazingly localized sense of place.

Very Good Trip!
By A Yahoo! Contributer, 07/15/06
There was so much to do here; some were pricy but much was pretty affordable.
We stayed in northern Kentucky and I actually liked that because it was close to one of our major destinations -- the Newport Aquarium.
Part of the trendy Newport on the Levee development, the aquarium is awesome. We have a toddler and she loved seeing all the fish ...
