Likes: multiple social and cultural activities and events (before 9 PM); reasonable real estate costs; relatively low crime rates
Dislikes: overwhelming Stepford-wife-meets-white-collar-zombie population; infrastructure spawl (large number of planned housing developments and shopping plazas); little public transportation
