  • Lived there, would definitely move back!
    By A Yahoo! Contributer, 12/18/04
I lived in Albuquerque for my whole life and never realized the beauty until after I moved away for the first time. The New Mexican food is awesome and the green chile is the best. The clear blue open skies are breathtaking and the mountains are a site to see.

Don't get me wrong. I love Pennsylvania, but Santa Fe is beautiful. And so is Albuquerque. I'm going again in April.

  • See ya ABQ in about 2 1/2 weeks
    By A Yahoo! Contributer, 03/08/05
The atmosphere is wonderful. You can go to a casino, 20 miles from ABQ or travel about 45 minutes to beautful Sante Fe. Sante Fe is an artist dream come true! If you like to ski-- you can do that as well! Absolutely beautiful and breath taking!

  • be sure
    By ossmon, 05/04/05
it was great cept do make sure you know what day and time you want to leave since the yahoo travel site will charge you an arm and a leg if you decide change in less than 2 weeks!!! the cost difference of the airfare, they make a killing off of. so be sure to have those dates definite!!

  • NICE PLACE TO VISIT
    By A Yahoo! Contributer, 10/31/06
Wife and I stopped here for a couple of days on our travels thru the southwest. Lots of friendly people here. We went to Old Town, which we enjoyed. Rode the tram up Sandia Peak for some breath taking views. Drove down central ave which is part of Historic Route 66. Plenty of things here to do if you need a place to stop and get off the road for a day or two.
