What a Beautiful TownHanover is great because of the opportunities for outdoor activities, such as canoeing on the Connecticut River or hiking in the area. Dartmouth College is also an amazing school located in Hanover. It is not uncommon to see locals jogging through campus or stopping for a bite to eat there. In the winter there is nice skiing.
