I stayed in Reno for a week at Harrah's and was not impressed at all. The people were rude and I was not impressed at all with hotel staff. If I never go back to Reno it will be to soon.

My husband and I stayed in "Peppermill Hotel Casino" in Reno Nevada. I find this state so exciting and lots of things to do here even in winter we ski and snow boarding and the restaurants and hotels are really great!! And friendly people...

Loved everything about Reno almost like Vegas. Went to Lake Tahoe took my breathe away it was so beautiful. Had pretty good luck gambling. Went for Womens Bowling Nationals everyone was so nice cant wait to go back!!!!!!

This is our last visit to Reno..... Downtown looking seedy and rundown. Some of the people wandering Virginia Street look like something out of a 'B' grade movie. Many were loud and obnoxious. My kids and I absolutely love it here. I love the people. The weather is great. Reno is very cultural and when all different types of people get together for events...it's awesome. I stayed at the Siena Hotel and had a great experience. The hotel and gambling staff are attentive to all of their customers needs. One place one should avoid is La Famiglia restaurant down the road the owner Paolo Gaspari needs to be schooled on customer service, having a 7:30 reservation we arrived on time and were told by a waitress we would be seated momentarily

Our room at Harrah's in the East Tower was about the same as a room in a cheap hotel. It had a small wardrobe instead of a closet and a solid window. It has not been updated since it's conception.
