Boise Guest House's the place to stay!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/30/08
This was our first visit to Boise and the Guest House was a luck out hit!
Our travels required us to stay for 5 nights in Boise, so I went hunting for a place more like home: kitchen, easy access to walking, groceries, acessibility to the major routes in and out of town for driving. Downtown Boise turned out to be a very easy city to negotiate ...
Bad Management, Horrible service, Damaged Lots! The company wouldn't compensate me for the damage and the Manager Ray was rude and arrogant. How does this place stay in business!

Great Place
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/12/06
The scenery in Boise is AWESOME! The people seemed no different than in the midwest. Very nice. I would live here if I didn't have so much family in IA. The watersports areas are awesome to. I really like the weather in Boise. Hot during the day with little humidity, excellent evening and night time temps for partying on the varanda! Bugs ...
I moved to the area due to the military and wasn't excited about it to say the least. However, now I've been here over a year and Boise is starting to grow on me. There are a lot of great little restaurants and bars and more on the way. The people are overall friendly and cheerful. The scenery is pretty. It's relatively safe. ...
Boise is pretty, but its way too over priced for housing, and etc. Food is taxed, and you have state income tax as well. Idaho has water problems which will be a huge issue late on... There is only one major highway to the city, and slow driving drivers and heavy traffic. Most local restaurants have low quality over priced foods. If I want to pay ...

The city is just fantastic because i found everything I needed. You should also vist Roaring Springs during the summer, and if you do not wan't to go on the water slides then sit out of the pools and relax.

Sunny days
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/01/05
The weather is alway nice, too many sunny days. Plans are hardly ever ruined due to bad weather. There are so many activites and thing to do like hikeing, skiing, and biking. The large areas of BLM land make the choices of where to go endless.
