Went to the Elvis impersonater "Blue Hawaii Show" at the Beachcomer hotel in Waikikii. This was very difficult to find the hotel. The show was fun, even though it was not the advertised performer. I just love Honolulu! Of course especially around Waikiki Beach. The people are beautiful, the beaches are spectacular. It's pristine yet modern with all the skyscrapers. Lots of things to do. Lots of fine dining and fine shopping as well. I can be very busy or just be relaxing. What a place! I could live here. Who knows? Maybe someday!

My husband and I love vacationing in Oahu. If you are going to Waikiki, be prepared to take surfing lessons! And a must ride on a canoe! Waikiki's shopping area is all in walking distance. Honolulu (waikiki) Is beautiful clean city, however there were just way too many people in a small area. H-1 (the main highway) was bumper to bumper traffic wich caused long delays. Not very fun when you are in paradise. We had the most beautiful weather. The people for the most part were very friendly. If you want the full effects of Hawaii I would reccomend Maui!

It is beautiful all the islands, we have been there 5 times, and would return tomorrow, only the flight seams to be getting longer each time. Molokai is our favorite, not so busy. when we were there, only one stop light in the whole island.
