I was located in the very middle of town, LOVED it, nice atmosphere, view. Had plenty to do even though it was in December & a bit cold we still went ride the go-carts...froze our butts off! LOL . Sheridan is actually where we were visiting but we stayed in Little Rock..it was only an half hour drive to Sheridan which made it all the better!

I would suggest the Riverfront, as the rest of the city is wellll not much to it but houses and offices. Riverfront is on the Arkansas river and they have some nice park scenery there. Also, the Riverfront is known for its nightlife. There are plenty of interesting bars there with live music ...

was there on business so saw the capital hotel and also went to the river market which was very nice,has a nice lunch the restaurants has fair prices,mite go back when not on business!

The Capitol Hotel is a beautiful place to spend time in, whether it's just for lunch at Ashley's, relaxing in the lobby, or spending the night/weekend. It is far nicer than 3 stars would suggest. The first new thing about the city is the Clinton Presidential Library, a must see for the area. The state parks are also a must see with plenty of places to hike and gorgeous views. Pinnacle Mountain State Park and Visitor Center, and Petty Jean just to name a few. For some dining locations a few to recommend would be Shogun, Gaucho's Grill, ...

I like Little Rock because it is only an hour away. It's the state capital of Arkansas so therefore it's the biggest city. It has just about everything you can do there. The night life is good. You have bars all across the city. River Market has a bunch of cool bars to go to. They also have clubs you can go dance the night away at. It's a good place to just get away at and spend the whole day and night there.

I love the Mexican resturants. They taste just like food from Mexico. They also have a dollar movie. It isn't so expensive to go here with your family.
