As a cruise ship passenger we didn't get much time to spend it town, just a few hours, but there were some interesting finds.

Clean air, beautiful surroundings, and friendly, intelligent people. What's not to like?

We've visited Juneau several times, and will probably visit a couple more times before we move up for good. Coming from Southern California, we were blown away by the place. Lots to do, and never enough time while on vacation!
