We stayed there one night because we flew into Cancun. It was close to the airport, clean and quiet. We liked the location (not in the hotel zone) so we could relax from a long flight and felt safe the entire time. Buffet breakfast in the hotel was ok. We liked having that convenience. We would recommend this hotel and hear it is popular with business travelers and we would stay there again.

If your out at night and feel like walking watch out. Take the bus. If a cab driver asks you if you need a ride and your refuse he will blink his flashers and call it in to the cops who will show up and detain you unless you pay them off. Great place to stay for the money. Disappointed in the noise of the construction going on to the sea wall. Pool is ice cold and no beach at all. Overall a clean well staffed hotel for the money.

just got back . great weather place was clean . great place to party if you can handle it. was in the pyrmid building had the black braclet didnt really get any thing more .food lines long, drinks little acohol. there was alot of collage kids.so maybe that had some thing to do with it. plus the time share sales. when to market 28 in down town same crap as flea market closer .

My husband and I just returned from our honeymoon at Dreams. We arrived before the 3PM check in and to our surprise, our room was ready. The staff was very welcoming. The room was nice. I thought it was a nice hotel. Other than out iron being broken when we went through the room, it was a good experience. The staff was very friendly. The room was very nice and very clean. I would say that this is a more family oriented hotel than a couple trying to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Other than that I would stay there again!!
