Much Too crowded, like a mall during holidays.

We attempted to stay at the Royal Solaris, Cancun and they overbooked by 100 rooms. They attempted to send us to an unsafe area in a Motel that was no comparison in price to what we booked (3 months prior). The people (staff) were terribly rude and would not help us to find a room in a very booked Cancun and we spent 8 hours hotel-less calling ...

Do Not rent a Payless car in Cancun. When we got to the place they made us pay more then the price I had gotten on line.

There is no beach except this. There are many people enjoying here and there. We can't wait to go back! But at the evening, we have to go to our homes.
