Well being from Quebec as a child I'm impartial to her. I did stay at the Hotel Frontenac. This is a must see hotal over looks St Lawrence. Her charms are awesome. The French woman oooh la la. Loved Quebec
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/16/06
The most beautiful city in North America. Great for walking and looking. Hospitable. Picturesque. Relaxing. My only trouble was trying to read a parking kiosk at night...it was in French. Everyone else spoke English, and the menus and booklets are bilingual. We went in June, and the weather was FANtastic. Put this on your list of places to go before you die, and go in June.
Quebec is a great city. You have history great hotels and awesome food. Everything is great. The reason I gave our stars was after a while you get tired of the history and just want to focus on the amazing food!

If at first it seems touristy, give it a day; it grows on you until you realize, "This is a wonderful experience!"
The hotels range from one to four stars; The Clarendon is excellent value and the dining room has excellent dishes and service. Le Continental is a top restaurant and not to be missed. Poisson d'Avril is a seafood ...

A Magic Place!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/01/06
Althought I live here, Québec Still amazes me! A Boat ride on the St Lawrence River, small cafés in Old Québec, the Laurentian Mountains, the Aquarium, and especially alot of shopping to do in Place Laurier. If any of my friends show here, they will absolutely love it!!
Having never been abroad, all of my knowledge of any foreign city is indirectly acquired. Last year, one of my former classmates got the chance to study in Quebec and through him, and I know something that is hard to learn from books. He told me that on Christmas day, all the people there would go shopping because there would be discount in most ...

First time out of the USA-FANTASTIC
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/13/06
Old Quebec City was beautiful, clean and the history!!! The green lushness was awesome, we had a drought at home in Oklahoma last fall, so this was especially welcoming. We visited various places in Old Quebec, the waterfall and the Sugar Shack. The waterfall and the walk over and around it were breath-taking and the process of making maple syrup ...
I had high expectations of my trip to Quebec City before I left, and it certainly did not disappoint. Everything from the people, the culture, the buildings, the atmosphere, the history and of course the cuisine were first rate.
Although it rained for the 3 days we were there, Quebec City was one of the best trips we've ever taken. History ...
Quebec City is the best city I have been to in North America. The city has so much to do that in the week that i was there I could not be able to see evrything. The city has such tradition and class. I walked thorugh the city at 3 am with my family and still felt too safe. The city is very welcoming. People in Quebec City are so nice and they get ...
I just went on my honeymoon there with my lovely lady and we loved every minute we were there. It was kind of the rainy season, but we didn't feel shortchanged a bit. The city is beautiful, the food was great and the people were VERY accomodating. You feel as though they are very happy to have you visit their country.
