I was in tel aviv last week and it was so amazing. stayed in a nice tel aviv hotel called cinema hotel tel aviv. it was located in the center of tel aviv so I could walk anywhere I wanted. The falafel stuff was great and a tip: you can book cinema hotel directly on their website http://www.atlas.co.il and get the biggest discount so dont book it from an agency! have good time in tel aviv!

About Telaviv i just can tell you that is one of the best cities where i've ever been!
It has all the faces: it can be metropole, romantic, sophisticated, historical, sunny, etc.
i am Portuguese and i've been there for 3 times already with my girlfriend (she's israeli - so i had a travel guide ;)
Great restaurants, excellent beach ...

a city full of life, restaurants, hot and nice people, parks and BEACH...

u have all the main clothing companies stores, spring is gorgeous and summer is perfect for a hot vacation.

IT'S NOT JUST FOR JEWS - everyone WILL enjoy it... recommended!

I have been there once but i will never forget the young atmosphere and the freedom
in the air. what i liked best is just to walk around the green boulevards and stop every few meters for a beer in the local kiosk meeting great people from all over the world

I'm sorry to say that Tel Aviv did not impress me.

Aesthetically, the city is simply dirty. It seems that paint (or at the very least, water) is in short supply in Israel. Most buildings are dirty and haven't been painted in years. (Or perhaps the weather simply makes them look this way.)

it was just great to be in tel aviv. u can see alot of stuff there, u can have party all night in tel avivs popular night clubs, u can go to the beach to get some color or u can go shopping in tel avivs famous shopping malls or in the oriental shuks of carmel market or jaffa.
