It was pretty cold there. Course it was winter there. The wind is very brisk. The driving experiance was hard to get used to as well. They drive on the wrong side of the road and go 100 miles and hour, even through the "round-a-bouts" !!!
The sites were awesome. The old buildings... wow! Some so old they were from the 1100 AD!!! ...

London is not the only place in the UK
By Happs, 01/30/07
The clubs are good, if you like to dance. It's filled with tourists from all nations. Crowded, noisy, smelly. Just like any big city, except it has culture and PUBS! Forget about your car here. Take the tube. Many museums etc, etc. The locals love Americans. Forget Paris! See LONDON once, then explore the rest of ENGLAND! EXPENSIVE!!!!

I love London because it offers history and culture, great shopping, nightlife, and parks. In my humble opinion, anyone who gets bored in London must have no imagination. There are so many things to do it is hard to decide.

World class without a doubt
By tokyo_eki_mae, 01/26/07
London is one of my favorite cities in the world and if you look at my other reviews, I am quite the critic! It is world-class, civilized, timeless, and hip. How so? First, London is a premier place for people watching. I recommend getting a cup of coffee in Covent Garden and get a window seat. You will see a variety of people from stick-thin ...

London s THE city to visit
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/24/07
London has absolutely everything for every kind of taste. Travel around the city using the tube-it's the only way to go-did feel a bit edgy down there though but I was fine. Great pubs, wonderful restaurants. Tons of culture, I visited the Victoria & Albert Museum, Natural History Museum and the Imperial War Museum-so much history! Hang out ...

London is the place to be!
By starrgazzerr, 01/17/07
I love London. It has a mellow feel to it. I was visiting London when the bombs hit the tube. That part was very scary and it did change the feel of the city. However, I left for a few weeks to backpack around Europe and when I came back the eerie feeling was almost gone.
The locals are extremely nice and helped me find my way when I was ...
I like shopping in London, you can find what you want and what you eat. Tube can take you everywhere in London even to the airport. Remember to buy a day ticket and you wil save a lot! Having said that, the city is quite drity and everything is overprized.

I can't wait to go back!
By tenaalyce, 01/15/07
I love this city. The atmosphere is amazing. There is so much to see and do. Be sure to take at least a week to just see the city sights. Walk the streets and feel the excitment. The people are very friendly and helpful. Don't worry about renting a car; take the Tube inside the city and the train to the outskirts. Don't take tea in ...
