This is the best city in the world. So many things to see and do it would take months. The theater is the best in the world, the food is much better than most people think, history is all around you and the underground makes everything accessible.

So much to see in a small distance. Every castle and palace is great. If you can, wander a little outside the city and visit Warwick Castle, and Blenheim Palace. The bus tours really are a must for your first day - they help orient you, and give you a chance to see EVERYTHING quickly. The London Eye is fun for the first day too.

London is amazing. You can either walk or underground anywhere you'd like to go. It's like stepping back in time and looking at the future all at once. I had an amazing time there!

we visited london as part of our honeymoon vacation and were thrilled at the vast number of things to do and see. Lots of outstanding hotels and restaurants. highly recommend taking the underground as an inexpensive way to travel within the city. take a cab - it is a pleasure you won't forget. the drivers really know the city and its history and can offer many suggestions. be aware that london, like most of europe, is quite pricey.
