I had a very positive experience with a taxi driver in St Petersburg: I contacted him by email. He is prompt in answering emails and sms. Communication was in English. I made with him an appointment to
show us (me and my wife) St Petersburg and the environments of ST Petersburg. He told us a lot about St Petersburg and its history. He

Great Little Hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/12/06
St. Petersburg is a great city for sightseeing, art and music. I highly recommend the tiny, inexpensive hotel I stayed in for the week I was there -- Rand House. It's a former grand apartment with a huge "living room" for guests to share (I usually had it to myself). The staff speaks English and is very helpful. The best thing ...

Wonderful City
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/04/05
Piters is a city to fall in love with. In Jan this year I spent 2 weeks in the city. It was cold when walking about, and do not do as I did, and walk across one of the brigdes on a windy day ( brrrrrr ). I spent my time seeing most of the famous sights ( best art collection I have ever seen ), and enjoying a laid back approach to life. I stayed in ...
I've been to St Pete for four times. Even so I havn't yet discovered even a half of Petersburg's heritage... It has SOOOOOOOOOOOOO many beautiful places, squares, palaces, museums.... And do remember that you need at least 40 years to view 5 per cent of the Hermitage collection, lol! I find St Pete the most beautiful city on this planet! Indeed, a place worth seeing! You won't be disappointed...
