Rotterdam is a nice city to be... You will see one of the worlds largest harbour...and also if you are interesting in meeting me...yeah then i will show you this side of the Netherlands.

Rotterdam is one of my all-time favorite cities in The Netherlands. It suffered so much during World War II, that only one building still remains in the center from before the bombings, the White house. What has been rebuilt to replace the pains of the past is a modern, sleek looking city with an incredible skyline.

It's now about 10 years ago that I visited Rotterdam for the 1st time. I was impressed by the (for Dutch standards) impressive skyscrapers. Especially the one that reflected the sky in its windows. Architecture (sidewalks: 5 meters large !!), skycrapers, BOATS ands people.
History, transports by bike (to rent at the railway-station), a excellent mixture on a human scale.
Allmost as good as marseilles ( ;o) )
