I got one year left out here. I hate this place with every ounce of my soul. I really don't see the beauty in drinking contaminated water, or breathing this polluted air. Maybe its the burning garbage on every street that some people find interesting but for me never again!!!! I don't like driving down the street and smelling 16 different toxic, rotting, decaying odors:(

Be careful to avoid the bad areas of this region. (After all, you'd have a pretty bad impression of southern California if you only stayed in East LA.) I visited Naples as a second stop in my first trip to Italy, and I find alot of what I expected in it...just regular people living their daily lives like anyone else in any city around the world. However, there are alot of redeeming qualities that make Naples still a worthy place to visit: Mt. Vesuvius, Pompeii, Capri, the Phlaegrean Fields, ...

Changed trains in Naples stazione from Roma to Salerno and were promptly mugged (thief failed then screamed at us until he was given a few coins). Nonetheless we walked outside to get a feel for Naples and was completely put off by the filth, chaotic traffic even Romans would blink at, and the third world look of the city at large.

I love the food in naples, its so fresh and full of flavour the weather also is beautiful.I got married there in february and it felt like summer hmmmn...gorgeous.
What I really dont fancy about naples is that you hardly can find a car without a scratch and also too many reckless motor bikes zooming past u.(Motorino as italians would say)

i live in Panama City in latin america...and traffic jam here is huuuuuge, i think i might like Naples and all its imperfection (people says) maybe for me it gonna be just perfect!

The people, the stink, the everything.
but there were some nice historic building to see.... but not worth it to be here just for that.
I would feel bad for anyone who would book a holiday trip here. I had to be here for work....never again. better to go stay in a smaller village outside far away from the city. Only need one day to see it.
