I just wanted to say I saw many pictures of the Dominican Republic and videos. My husband is Dominican. I think It's so beautiful over there and I can't wait to experience It for myself In October. I heard the people are very nice and the food is great!!!!

Did these people with positive reviews actually visit the Dominican Republic? Dangerous roads with no driving rules, choking pollution, and taxis that would be condemned to a salvage yard in any other country.

Unless you want a third-world experience coupled with sky-high prices, go anywhere else.

I love this place. Almost everything is perfect. And the beach is so beautiful, and the weather is very hot. And the hotels are beautiful, and the the price is reasonable.
Believe, it's worth to go there.

Santo Domingo has such a great surrounding. The culture fulfills you and everyone there is so friendly. The shopping there is great and even adventuring to the surrounding cities made my trip special. I visited a small town called La Victoria and it opened my eyes to the things that I should be thankful to have. If you get a chance to visit please do. You will not be sorry.

The dominican republic in a whole is a beautifull country, i have visited a total of 4 times, different areas everytime, hailing from germany i think the dominican republic is the 1st place anyone should visit if they have never been to a carribean place, the people are beautifull, the music, the beaches, the overall atmosphere is astounding! going back to get married there next month!!! i love it!!!!
