Friendly and Knowledgable staffs!Reaaly healpful with everything we asked and very good English! Quick internet access, good breakfast with many options, strong Vietnamese coffees. If you come back from a trip, they'll reserve you a room for shower and your luggages can be stored at hotel without fees.
Definitely come back if having time.

Wonderful place that I have visited in VietnamAfter few day on vacation at Splendidstar hotel near the St Joseph Church, we experienced something about local people's habit and daily activities. THE BEST THINGS YOU SHOULD DO IN HANOI1.Local beer - Hanoi beer is one of the local favorite. If you like the local environment, join with them for the beer on the street. Good fun!
2.Temple & Pagodas - Some of them are quite old, can be more than 1000 year old. It is good to see the history of the country through their old archetitecture

Hanoi NightsThe Hoan Kiem Lake Hotel is a great place to stay. Its a lot nicer than the other hotels in the same prica range. The staff is very friendly and always make you feel welcome. Old world charmLoved: character of the city -- lots of lakes and a laidback feel. architecture from colonial period and early days of Vietnam makes you feel like you're really stepping back in time. lots of good museums and my family loves the Old Quarter. We leave in two days and already talk about coming back here! Be sure to take trips to Halong Bay and Sapa while here and definitely go to Ho chi minh mausoluem.OVERALLAtmosphereConvenienceSafety
