I was satisfied with the room, because we get what we pay for. They perhaps could change some matresses. I appreciated the efforts they demonstrated to satisfy our demands.

I would like to mention two employes that were very dedicated to the customers, witch are Medhat and Ahmed who worked evening time and always reponded wth a smile and never showed any impatience sign.Happy that I meet them.
