Loved the room! Breakfast was wonderful. Hotel was very clean. Liked the Christmas Decor. Only problem was desk staff. Check out was slow-clerk was not around for about 5 mins, had to wait for her.

the morning front desk clerk on monday Sept 1st seemed like she had no clue what she was doing.... we went down to check out and she was over at breakfast bar making her some food. we waited probably 10 mins. then she made her way ever... finially........ the housekeepers were wonderful. Our room was beautiful and clean. We loved the pool and the business center-it was very roomy....

The front desk staff on are first morning (monday, Stephanie) seemed like she has no clue what she was doing and was over at the kitchen when we needed her help. The housekeeping staff was wonderful. My wife and I spent our honeymoon night away from home at the Holiday Inn Express and both the service (such friendly people) and accomodations were outstanding.
