    I have stayed at many, many hotels in my life, many of them 5 star. But I have never received such service as i did at Beckley's Holiday Inn. Their is a gentalman there that just blew my mind. Allen was his name and let me tell you if you are lucky enough to stay while he is on duty you wont want for anything. My wish is that he could be sent ...

    I Loved how the staff was so friendly, and every question that I asked which was a lot was answered with out any attitudes or as if I was getting on their nerves.

    The room was very clean and comfortable, and my kids slept Peacefully without room service trying to knock down the door.

    I will surely make sure that if I am in West Va again this will always be my choice.

    Oh yeah, the internet is *FREE*

    This hotel was wonderful! We were overwhelmed by how friendly ALL the staff were to us. The breakfast food was great and the kids loved the tvs at each booth so they could watch cartoons while we ate breakfast. It was also very affordable with the kids eating for free. Room service was exceptional as well. The pool and hot tub were great. Hotel was new and super clean! We will definitely stay here again!

    The staff here is great... I whave been going to the Holiday Inn Oak Hill...But it has become a bit of a rat trap.. I will be staying here from now on..It's brand new and you can tell. A+++++

    I checked in very late, there was a young man named Allen on duty. He treated me like I was the only guest there, went out of his way to help me and when he found out I was a gold member he put me in a suite. Man this hotel rocks and so does the employees!!!! I WILL BE BACK!!!!!!.

    If you ever get a chance to stay it is worth it....the beds are amazing, rooms are clean.It is a brand new hotel and you can tell it.The staff is friendly and helpfull it is so clean and nice you will love it..The indoor pool is great for the kids and they even leave it open till 11pm if the kids are having a blast.....the price is also amazing a great spot all around .We will stay here again im sure.Have a great time!
