Van Loc is an awesome Vietnamese Restaurant downtown. It's easy on the budget, clean, and has a fairly attentive waitstaff. They have a nice selection of Asian beers, good iced-tea, a variety of wines, and a few coffee beverages to choose from.

My favorite dish is the roasted chicken, which is just a little bit sweet. It is served with pan fried sweet rice, which is OUT OF THIS WORLD, and very fresh and crisp vegetables.

For the Vietnamese restaurants I've been to, Van Loc pretty much ranks as the best, food and service wise.
