This place is fantastic. Great atmosphere, fun for birthdays and great food. Get the Rico Salad - Mico Rico. The previous review, Roberto Sanchez, is an idiot.

Well I have always loved Mi Cocina restaurant! I've never had a bad experience there and even though I always order the same meal "for which I can't help it I love it" it's always goooood!

My 70-yr old mom and her sisters took their brother out for dinner there (behind Whole Foods on I-30) last night, and she had a horrible experience. The waitress was rude and very nasty, making them feel uncomfortable, and charged them gratuity for over 8 people when they only had 7 people in their group! They were made to wait forever to order, ...

a weekly must for lunch...Gotta get a side of Sunset sauce...spicy cheese sauce that goes great over anything...ask for it!!!

This is some of the worst Mexican food I have ever eaten. This is not the Mexican food that most Texans are raised on. I live very, very close to the Hulen location and I would rather eat at Taco Bell than here. Don't waste your time, go to El Fenix or Joe T's or Paledo's, better yet, try Dos Hermonos on the north side.

Good food, excellent service, loud but different and kinda cool modern atmosphere. I give the restaurant a B+ overall. The quality of the food is definitely good....nothing that tastes cheap.
