While Sushi Sam provides a fine experience in restaurant, watch out for take out orders. Despite multiple attempts, I have yet to receive an order that is 100% perfect (ie. missing wasabi, sauce when I specifically asked to be kept off, etc.) but tonight was unforgivable. Of my $50 order, half the dishes were wrong - that's 2 out of 4 dishes! ...

This is one of the best Sushi places I have ate in the Dallas, FT. Worth area!! I highly recommend it for anyone. The sushi was very fresh and thick! The Tuna Tower was absolutly out of this world!!!

We switch off between Sushi Sam and a competitor in Southlake. Going both places three/four times a year. Have never had an unsatisfying meal at either place. Each restaurant has it's different feel, different way of doing things! Sushi Sam is a wonderful restaurant, tho' I've never tried any tempura items. All the rolls and ...

I lived in Japan for a number of years and have been blessed with the opportunity to really experience the nation. I have missed it terribly.
When I opened the door and took a step inside it was like walking into Japan. The feel, decor, smell - everything! It stopped me in my tracks and made me breathless. The food was served with perfection ...

I love Sushi Sam's. This restaurant first appeared about 8 years ago when i was still living in Southlake. I return every few weeks to visit family and we always go out to Sushi Sam's because their sushi is delicious and we have never been dissapointed with the quality of the food, service or atmosphere. I would highly reccomend this restaurant to anyone interested in delicious sushi and japanese cuisine.

The best sushi in DFW. Two reviews prior must have been competitors. Always fresh with great service.

I have been a customer at Sushi Sam for a few years now and I have never been dissapointed. The food is excellent and the quality has always been great. I'm reading the last three reviews and it looks to me like someone, maybe a competitor or disgruntled employee, is trying to sabotage them. Notice the same spelling errors and sloppy english in ...

The quality of sushi varies. A friend of mine who works there told me that they allow less experienced chefs make the food.
One time I came there, I ordered a calamari roll. I was the first customer of the day. I waited at least 40 minutes for it, watching at least 3 other customers come and go. I kept telling myself the wait would be worth ...
