I agree with the others. This is a great local restaurant. Small and out of the way. Excellent food and the staff are all family and treat you the same. Bring your own wine and stay awhile. Great place for family or bringing friends.

Great opportunity to get away from chain places on the highway to this neighborhood restaurant. Great food at reasonable prices that are nicely organized by chicken, veal, etc dishes. The owners are friendly and the inside look of the restaurant is nicely Italian, where you also can get pizza to go. Bring you own bottle of wine for this enjoyable dining experience.

My wife and I moved from New York to Texas in 1979 and have lived in Hurst since 1989. I am ashamed to say that we only just discovered Cafe Sicilia this year. We ordered the 16" Sicilian Pizza last night and it was hands down the best pie we've ever had! Our search for the best New York style pizza in Texas is finally over!!!

Cafe Sicilia is an absolute treasure! Every entree and appetizer I have tried has been delicious. Karin the owner is very delightful and greets every guest with a very personal touch. The pink sauce is the best! The fried calamari appetizer is the best calamari I have had anywhere in the world. I go there as often as three times per week. I think I ...

Anyways the delivery guy shows up with the food, I greet him and hand him 40$ for a 25$ order, told him keep the change. Then here starts screaming at me in his broken english about how my house is "too far!". Well when i ...

Absolutely our favorite restaurant!! We go pretty much once a week, if not more often. Be sure to bring your favorite bottle of wine. As far as what to order, the pizza is out of this world, as are the stuffed shells and if you are feeling a little fancy, go for the seafood fettucine but get pink sauce. Karen and her husband are the nicest people ...
