okay food ...bad service, the waitress would walk away and chat with her friends and she wouldnt ask if we needed anything the only thing she came back for was to leave the check on the table at which we had just gotten our food.

This Ihop is never correct on orders, maybe they need to learn english, or maybe just listen to the customers, instead of day-breaming....

Fair service, food, and price, but nothing stands out from the menu and grabs you. Ambiance? Uhm, no. But if you're just looking to feed the family without any fuss, it may be best place to go.

Store seems to be managed fairly well especially compared to the service found at other nearby restaurants like Bennigan's, Chili's, and Joe's Crab Shack.

The wait is never too long. The food is always corrected promptly with out drama if something is not right and I was even give a raincheck for a meal I accidently walked off and left by the Mr Alec Salas. That builds customer loyalty, thanks.

This is a great place, they serve great food, and they have an awesome kids menu, including a giant smily face pancake, you will love it and if you go once, you will go twice.

Awesome, out of all IHOPs, Cedar Hill is awesome.
