This place has a very simple feel, but also very family oriented. The owners will make you feel very welcome and the food is spot-on Tex Mex. The margaritas are the best in Rowlett!

I wasn't impress by the food it was a bit academic no real great tastes. the service was ok.

I am an avid fan of mexican food, well, Tex-Mex to be exact. true mexican is a little to bland for me, all the flavor is in the suaces.

Our family had just moved to Rowlett about a month ago and wanted good mexican food. I took my family to Dos Charros and thought it was really good. I was really impressed with the menu and the variety of dishes.

We were so glad when Dos Charros opened in Rowlett! We used to go to the one in Richardson, so it's nice to have one closer to home. The food is consistently good, and well priced. I HIGHLY recommend the Avocado Enchiladas! YUM!!!! Chips and Hot Sauce are great! If you haven't tried it, you really should.

Dos Charros has a few locations and all are good. Chips and salsa are provided and good.

Dos Charros is one of those very casual, unfussy places. Good chips and salsa, and I HIGHLY advise getting the red snapper with tequila lime sauce. YUM! The seafood nachos were a big disappointment, made with imitation crabby stuff in odd shapes. My daughter likes their chimichangas. Just kinda of a hit & miss place, as most places are. I'll always go back for the red snapper though! It's THAT good!

FOOD AND SERVICE ALWAYS SEEMS TO BE VERY GOOD. SIMPLE SETTINGS .BUT FOR A NICE MEAL WITHOUT LONG WAITS ITS GREAT.
