Jalapeno's used to be my favorite place. I have eaten there for years, but this last year it has gone down hill very fast. The last two times we went the food was cold. Mexican food has to be hot to enjoy it. I'm very disappointed to say Jalapeno's is not the place to eat anymore.

The food has gotten a lot better! What we tried again today was great, but the prices are still too high.

Mediocre food... I didn't really feel justified with my 10 dollars for Fajitas... when there's been better cheaper. The meat was stringy... and cheap tasting.

on May 22, 2008, my daughter, grandchildren and I went to Jalapeno's to eat lunch. We were there for 15 minutes before they got around to getting our drink order. After 30 minutes, a request to have someone take our order and listening to an argument between the waitress on who should take our order, we decided to go somewhere else to eat.

This is typically my choice of places to eat....when we go out in Durant. The food is good and reasonably priced although they did go up some. The waitstaff is wonderful and apparently a good place to work, I rarely go in and see new faces.....good atmosphere, especially since the remodel seems cleaner......Highly recommend this restaurant and kudos to the cooks...

Great Food and excellent service. Best Mexican food anywhere around, hands down.

LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT. The staff is great. They know my order by heart now and most of them no my name. They take the time to please their customers! The food is wonderful.. the Quesso .. YUM!!!!!!
