Can never go wrong w/Starbucks! Or Utica Square!This location is one of my favorites! It's in my favorite shopping area, the staff is incredibly friendly, and I've never had a Starbucks mess up an order---especially this location. This is the one I choose to frequent. It's true they're always busy but the longest I've had to wait is 15 minutes and that was at the peak of the holiday season. I highly recommend this location...you won't be disappointed!OVERALL

Not too badI am a huge fan of starbucks and their great beverages. However, this particular location has some small issues. They are in an upscale part of town that is always busy. Many times they will skip your drink and not realize it or just mess it up due to the amount of orders they have at any given time. They are, however, very friendly and will usually compensate you if they do ruin your drink or forget to make it.OVERALL
