Well Beejay, you should be able to order your steaks HOWEVER you want....you are paying for them. I am shocked Ken didn't make it right. I go there every time I visit Oklahoma, The Ribs, in my opinion, are the best in the world and the service is always great. I can get good steak almost anywhere but really good ribs are hard to find.

Food is amazing and you get plenty. Salad bar is one of the bests I have ever ate at too.

We drove for two hours to Ken's Steakhouse and paid almost forty dollars for a meal that was worse than a mcdonald's happy meal. The steak, ribs and the beans were extremely saltly. The steak (sirlion) very tough and the salt was overpowering. When we advise the cashier of how bad the feel was she stated that she could not believe they put that much salt in their beans! Would not recommend a -1 rating

Ken's is my favorite steak place of all time. The ribs are unmatchable. But, you must eat them Amber Style. I wish Ken would put in a steak place here in New Jersey. I know the people here would enjoy some real Oklahoma steak and ribs.
