The hotel has great location, super helpful and friendly staffs who were always be welcome me with a smile. We also booked Ha Long Bay trip with them and really enjoined !

I had a great stay at the Old Street Hotel. Smiling staff, free breakfast, free internet, central location... I booked a fantastic tour to Halong Bay through them too. I had a great time and highly recommend the hotel!

The room are very clean, nice feelings and comfortable in a very busy Hanoi, but the hotel locates in a quite areas, not too noisy compare to others, easy to walk the Hoan Kien Lake and shopping areas 36 ways. People here are great, smile and always willing to help you. There are free internet service 24 hours. We definitely recommend this hotel ...

A really friendly hotel with excellent staff whom couldnt help you enough room had everything you needed good ac, big beds and clean bathroom. The free breakfast was an excellent start to the day and drinks were available for free all day if your wondering where to stay in Hanoi this is the place, no hastleing and veryclose to all the attractions in the old quarter.

Very friendly staff, always willing to help with all our needs. Booked our tours with the hotel and again where pleased. The rooms are a very good size and clean. Hotel also allowed us to use showers between tour to Halong and Sapa with no charge and minded our bags for the time that we where away. Taxi pickup from airport was excellent. ...
