The resort is quite nice but at 2:10 am (I was awake) someone with a room key opened our door and looked in.

I made a noise and immediately got up and the door closed. I was not in "any condition" to run after the invader so I secured the door, checked the room and went back to bed.

We loved everything about the Vino Bello. We were a little skeptical as we had read numerous reviews stating there was a wait for their room when arriving. Our room was not ready, but they did compensate us for the wait, which was a little more then 2 hours past the 4:00 check-in time. We spent that time tasting wine at the resort.

The Vinno Bello is beautiful, but room service is not as grand as the resort. When I first arrived, I called room service to have something delivered to me. Room service never came. I actually had to find a maid out in the hall, cleaning rooms, that could assist me. The second day we were there, I ordered room service at 8:15, room service said ...

Location: The location is poor. It is located in the middle of an industrial park. They have planted a few rows of vines, here and there to make it feel more “wine country” but the end result is still an industrial park.

Service: The staff was friendly but did not appear to care much. The rooms were only minimally cleaned.

We had a one bedroom suite and it was just HUGE. Full bedroom, kitchen, dining room table, fireplace, flat screen tv's and a washer and dryer- wow! We had just spent two nights previous at the Sonoma Mission Inn and spent double the money for a small room that looked out to all the air handlers, so this was such a welcome surprise.
If I come back to Napa, this will be the first place I want to stay.

The Vino Bello is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! Great service and yummy food make it comfortable. The rooms were pretty small, but the decor all around the resort made up for it. The location was about 10-15 minutes away from the wineries
and about 15 minutes away from the napa Valley wine train, which is fantastic!
Overall my experience here was fun but relaxing and I would come back again.

We stayed at the Vino bello for the first time during April.
The ambience was rustic,
the food was fantastic and the room was small but comfortable. Nice pull-out LCD tv in room. Location was about 10 min. away from wineries. We reccomend going to the wine train that goes pastthe wineries in napa. Shuttle service is provided to go there. Overall we had a fun time. We definetly reccomend this hotel.

I loved the entire property the way it is designed-simple, but very elegant. The newly built La Cave Spa will be a tremendous ammenity to the property. The property boasts an exercising room, swimming pools, saunas, jacuzzis, and much needed pampering!

Just look at my photos and the reasons become very clear why I just adore Vino Bello Resort and Spa . . . absolute a comfortable, chic, grand place to call home away from home!
