We just returned from the Prince Resort. Our stay was great. Room was clean, housekeeping came everyday. Pools were fine. If you like to fish, its a great place to stay, the pier is right there. We were very happy with everything.

the mattress was so hard my back hurt the whole time, old mattress, no pillow top or cushioning. the shower had very little pressure and the tub filled up with water while showering. the breakfast buffet for $10 was nasty. liked the sister resort Towers on the Grove much better. stayed there in May 09. Should've gone back there instead.

The check-in staff do not know what they are doing. It makes me think that their employees are unknowledgeable, unfriendly, and super unhelpful!!

Some staff unfriendly,unhelpful!!!! We stayed for a week maybe had housekeeping twice the whole time we were there. Pool area WAY to small. Restaurant closed 3 of the days we were there. We were checking out had to wait a half hour for elevator only 2 were working.
