Commode was not properly fastened; this was addressed within minutes of check in to the front desk clerk but the issue went unresolved.

THe beds were so hard that I may as well have slept on the sidewalk. WE were inside next to pool and it was very noisy. HOusekeeping is poor at best. Our room did not get cleaned at all one day and the other days got a lick and a promise. Supplies were not restocked on daily basis such as coffee etc. I didn't find the staff to be friendly or helpful.
