Fremin's food is consistently good, and the service is excellent. Conversation is often difficult, though, as the acoustics are bad. There have been some attempts to improve the problem. If one goes early--restaurant opens at 5:00 p.m--the noise level is tolerable. Overall, the food is worth putting up with a little noise. It's the best food around if one wants anything besides fast food or seafood.
